The injectors are
compromising the engine.

The fuel injectors are responsible for the precise spraying of diesel into the cylinders. When dirty or clogged, combustion becomes inefficient — causing power loss, increased consumption and excessive emissions.

What are injectors

The precision that the engine demands

Modern fuel injectors operate under extreme pressures (up to over 2,000 bar) to atomize diesel into micro-particles injected into the cylinders with precise timing. When the nozzles accumulate carbon deposits, the fuel spray becomes irregular — resulting in incomplete combustion, power loss and excessive emissions.

Injection imbalance

When the injectors don't all deliver the same amount of fuel, the engine runs unevenly. This causes vibration, power loss and increased emissions — and the problem worsens over time if not corrected.

Failure symptoms

How to know if your vehicle needs attention?

  • Vibration and instability on startup
  • Increased and irregular fuel consumption
  • Engine loses power on acceleration
  • Emissions above legal limits at inspection
  • Abnormal metallic noise
  • Black smoke from exhaust

Consequences

What happens if you don't treat it?

Dirty injectors don't clean themselves with supermarket diesel additives. The problem worsens progressively and contaminates other systems.

  • Injector replacement — between €200 and €600 each
  • High pressure pump damage from lack of lubrication
  • Engine oil contamination with unburned diesel
  • Accelerated Particulate Filter saturation
  • Periodic inspection failure due to excess emissions
